Happy New Year kids! This is the official Schedule of Preparations for the 2012 YMSAT Science Fair :)

There will be quick orientations regarding project details which are specific to your project format (size of exhibits, length of films, materials, deadlines, etc) on JANUARY3.

Conditionally accepted projects, please consult with your teachers on how you can improve your projects, deadline of revised proposals is on JANUARY6.

2012! Last day of collection for the retreat (payment, consent, agreement, roomlist, PALANCAS) is on Wednesday, Jan 4, from 3-5 pm at the caf. The attire for the following days would be:
Friday -- the 4th year batch shirt / blue color shirt 
Saturday -- the 2nd year batch shirt / black color shirt

Letter to PSHS Community re: Typhoon Sendong

Dear Students, Parents, Teachers and Staff, and Alumni,

 

                The PSHS Main Campus is undertaking a donation drive to help the victims of typhoon Sendong in the PSHS Lanao Campus, in particular, and Cagayan de Oro City, in general.  The PSHS Lanao Campus Director Dr. Jose Marlon A. Caumeran has sent a letter requesting assistance.  His letter reported that at least five personnel of the Lanao Campus have been affected by the flashfloods; one of them is still missing.  They are still doing a survey of students who may also have been affected.

                As one community, let us extend to them our assistance, in cask or in kind.  Donations in king (e.g. canned goods, rice, noodles, clothes, and sleeping materials) may be forwarded to the SSD Office. For donations in cash, you may deposit this in the SA BPI Account indicated below:

There will be collection of retreat payments, parents' consent forms, agreement forms and palanca letters at the PCORI / retreat friendship table at the caf

Batch Christmas Party

 

My dearest batch mates,

 

Now that our exams are over, let us celebrate with our sections at the 3rd floor second-year classrooms, from 12NN to 2 PM, tomorrow. Our parents have already readied the food and drinks for each class, so your attendance (and probably your gifts to classmates) will be the only thing needed. After this, I invite you to participate at our mini-BaCon at the 3rd floor auditorium where your graduation pictures will be distributed.

 

Also, I encourage you to submit your prom pre-invites by tomorrow. Batch 2013 will need all our participation if we want OUR prom to be a success. You may give these forms during the BaCon.

Batch 2012 Christmas Party

Time: 4:30-6:00 pm (it would be better if you went early so we could finish early)

Venue: Gym

Stuff to bring: Parents (if they're available), gifts to friends, food

 

We'll distribute everyone's graduation pictures (for all your relatives to see during the break), give last minute reminders for the retreat and grad ball, and release solicitation brochures for Batch 2012's Legacy. Of coure, there will be food, drinks, music, and games. We hope to see you in this mini-BaCon Christmas event.

Okay, since wala namang nagoorganize kung kelan practice, okay ba to sainyo:

11am-12nn, practice sa topaz room. kung hindi pwede din 10-11. basta merong at least isang oras sa umaga.

tapos pagkatapos ng perio. 1/2 hours of practice. habol nalang kayo sa mga creative marching niyo.

tapos tapos tapos. pwede ba irecord na natin yung kakantahin nung sop/alto/tenor at bass. tapos isend sa lahat. para hindi na tayo nagwwaste time sa practices sa pagtuturo ng paulit ulit ng kanta. para din familiar na satin lahat yung song at kung pano siya kinakanta. Migs at Fatima S, kaya ba?

tapos sa practice aayusin nalang yung voices together. wala na kasi tayong masyadong time, tapos sobrang andaming time na nawawala sa practices. ayun.

tapos isip nadin ng costume. :D di naman siguro pwedeng uniform at labgown ulit.

Suggestion ko lang ha, since wala namang nagaayos ng lahat. Panindigan na natin to, sayang ng sinimulan natin. pati ng bonus. :D

Please organize the food and drinks by class. Please take note that this supersedes the announcement during the flag cem that our official time will end at 4:00. Therefore, everyone's required to attend this. :D
