Updates on the perio sched from MANCOM: ManCom decided to move perio sched to Aug. 3,4 and 8 following original sequence of subjects. Activities scheduled on Aug. 5 is as is. Please disseminate. Thank you.
The Council would like to remind all students of their creative shot write-ups. Please put them on a 1-whole sheet of paper, write your name and section. Include in your write-up costumes/props that you need, Further, please indicate what you will be providing, and what you won't be able to provide. Please submit them to the ff:
The deadline for the write-ups is on Thursday, August 4. Be reminded that although you submitted one, it gives you no guarantee that what you put there will be your final creative shot. It will still be subject to the feasibility of the concept itself and the availability of materials needed.

The CAT High Command will give 5 - 10 merits to students who are willing to edit and improve the Lakbay-Aral modules created for last year's outreach program. All are eligible to avail of this offer. Interested students should inform Mr. Englatera or any staff officer of their intention to do so by the end of this week (August 4, 2011).

Re: Payments
Please try to accomplish all payments this week. Don't forget to send a copy of the deposit slip if you're depositing directly to the account. Give payments to Kim Ednalino or Lance Calub or your respective class presidents.
Re: Grad Pic Taking Schedule
For those asking, the schedule will remain on Aug. 8-12 despite the RT. The RT will be held from 4:30 to 6:30 pm on Aug 10-11. Muon & Photon will still have their taking on Aug 10 during their half day sched, and Tau & Truth on Aug 11.
Please attend on your corresponding schedules so as to avoid delays. If you would not be present during your designated schedule because of some event, please take the responsibility of informing the council officer
