Entrance Exam Reminders

Maam Jeng will be on leave the next few weeks. Here are her reminders: 

1. For those who still have not claimed their ACET Test Permit, please do so ASAP from the Guidance. Ask for it from the other councilors.

2. About the DLSU Permit, they're already available for pick-up at DLSU. Updates will be posted when they're ready to be claimed at the guidance.

3. We might extend the deadline for the UST and Mapua Application.

The class pic order forms were given last Friday to each section. Class presidents, please accomplish all forms BY FRIDAY, 12:00 noon and give them to Kim Ednalino of IV-Electron. Each picture costs P50. Please collect and submit the complete payments by Sept. 23! Thank you! :)

MAPUA and UST Application

 

MAPUA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY offers FREE ENTRANCE EXAM to seniors of PSHS. If there will be at least twenty (20) students who will take the exam, they may conduct an on-site examination in our school. For those interested, you may enlist your name and get the application form at the Guidance Center on/before September 16, 2011 (Tuesday).

Requirements for application are:

·     Accomplished Application Form

·     2 pictures 1 ½” x 1 ½”

·     Certification of Candidacy for Graduation
