Order Forms and Batch Funds

• ORDER FORMS

Presidents (or anyone basta mabigay sakin), collect and submit your order forms to me by FRIDAY, 12:50 PM. Photon, I only have 3 of yours. Tau, I have none. 

Kahit na hindi niyo na ipasa ung contact prints. The important thing is mapasa ang order form. 

Write all your concerns at the back of the form.

For the additional payments, please pay also by FRIDAY, same time. Give the payments (put in a labeled envelope) to the one collecting the forms.

Re: Order Forms for Grad Pic

1) (@Maki) The default background is the green screen background (whatever is in your contact prints).
BUT you can still change the background pero you won't have to pay additional P150. We'll get the P150 from the total P1000 you paid for the grad pics.
All you have to do is check the appropriate blank in the 'reorder form' at the bottom of the page. WRITE A DESCRIPTION OF THE BACKGROUND AT THE BACK OF THE PAGE.
That's the only thing you won't have to pay for. Checking the other blanks at the reorder form will require you to pay the extra amount.
2) (@Kenny) You may choose more than 1 creative or toga to replicate.
BUT only 1 of each will be included in Package A. Indicate the one to be used in Package at the top part of the form.
Then indicate the other pictures to be replicated at the reorder form (bottom).
3) (@Kim P) Aside from those without/incomplete pictures, you can retake if you don't like your picture.
This will still be arranged so details will be TBA.
However, you are still required to submit your completely filled out order forms* and prints on Monday. Indicate if you will retake at the back of the form.
*Choose one from your toga and one from your creatives pa rin just in case na hindi matuloy ung retake or something goes wrong. At least may default.

 MAJOR EDIT: 
Only those with no/incomplete prints are allowed to retake. If you have both and are complete, you won't be included in the retake. Sorry. :(

Sorry, hindi ko nabigay 'yung test shots ng grad pic at creative shot kanina. Late ko din kasi nakuha eh (before CAT). Sorry talaga.

Anyway, due 'yung order forms sa Monday. Nakapost dito sa site yung order form. Bali 'yung test shots, may isa for grad pic, may isa for creative shot. Isa lang ang pipiliin niyo. Tapos may default package (check the order form). Kung may additional orders, may dagdag na bayad. Tapos kung papabago niyo daw 'yung background, sabihin niyo lang. :D

So yeah, bibigay ko 'yung pictures Monday morning. Paalala niyo lang. :))

Truth, you'll get your prints tomorrow. You don't have to pass them today. If you can, please do. Basta your deadliest deadline remains on Monday pa rin. Thanks!

Now, what will you do?

1. Look at the pictures. Choose a toga shot. Choose a creative shot. Choose only 1 of each.

2. Fill out the order forms. 

NOTE: Package A is the default package (part of the P1000). If you would like to avail of additional copies, change in backgrounds, frames, etc., check the appropriate box for your desired additional order. Take note that each has a corresponding extra payment.

Now if you have additional orders (particularly the change in background), you must submit the PRINTS, FORM, AND PAYMENT TOMORROW to any Batch Council officer so that the photo editors can have ample time to work on them. 

Write specific descriptions for your desired background/effect at the back of the form. You may attach a picture of the effect to be applied. 

3. If you don't have any special background requests, the DEADLIEST DEADLINE of all these is on Monday, Sept 19. No exceptions. Presidents, collect the FORMS, PRINTS AND EXTRA PAYMENTS from each student. Give them to any Batch Council Officer afterwards. 

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO RETURN THE PRINTS. 

4. For those who didn't receive the prints because they haven't taken their picture or there was a mix-up, the retaking would be on Sept. 24. More details to follow. If you still received either of the 2 prints, you must still fill out the form and submit them on Monday.

On another note, class pic order forms and prints must be submitted to Maam Cion's pigeonhole by tomorrow, 12 NOON. :D Please summarize(total) the orders for each student at the side of the form. You may photocopy the order form for easier collection of payments. Each picture costs P50. Payments will be collected next Friday/next next Friday.
