Tutorials for tomorrow

I. Schedule
8:30 am - 12:00 nn ECON
1:00 pm - 4:00 pm MATH

II. Venue
Proceed to the 3rd floor auditorium

III. Attire
Shirt and long pants. Don't forget your school ID!

IV. Consent

If your child will attend the tutorials tomorrow, please make a written consent that you are allowing him / her to attend said tutorials and have him / her submit it tomorrow also.

 

No need for dormers to secure parental consent for the tutorials tomorrow. Parental consent will be required only for those students entering the campus. 

V. Other Reminders
Bring your own food. However, the cafeteria will be open for those who want to buy meals and snacks.
No fee would be collected. The PTA will fund the tutorials.

Grad Pic Retake and Batch Shirt Forms

 

GRAD PIC RETAKE

To the Presidents or the OICs of the following sections, please give any Councilor a list of students who haven't had their grad pics taken, or are interested in having their grad pic retaken (with a fee of PHP 600-):

1. Charm
2. Gluon
3. Muon
4. Truth

Please do have the lists ready by the end of this week.  Matagal na namin iyan binigay.

 

BATCH SHIRT FORMS

To the Presidents or the OICs of the following sections, please give the batch shirt order confirmation form (paper with blue ink) to any Councilor by the end of this week:

1. Charm
2. Electron
3. Photon
4. Truth

Please understand that the production of the shirts cannot start unless all sections have confirmed their orders.

Application Forms and Batch Tutorial

 

Since DOST scholarship application is required for Pisay students, the guidanceI will wait until Thursday (October 14, 2011) for those who have not yet submitted their application form. Those who will not submit on that day have to pass their appliation directly to DOST in Taguig.

 

Deadline for UST and Mapua application is on October 20, 2011 (Thursday).
