REMINDERS

For the students who will join the Batch 2012 Retreat, make sure you submit your consent and agreement forms.  You will not be allowed to join without these forms.

 

For those students who will not be joining the retreat this weekend, you are required to report to school tomorrow, Jan. 06, 2012, as it is considered a school day.  The day shall be used for community service (minimum of five hours) within the PSHS campus.  You will be allowed to come in and leave on your own time, as long as you are able to serve at least five hours.  

 

One option for community serve is to help the Math Unit with proctoring tomorrow.  If interested, please report to the Math Unit at 10:00am and look for Mr. Llanura.  They are in need of 16 proctors.  

You can go to other units/offices around the campus as well if you wish to do other tasks.  Just make sure that you have proper documentation.

Palancas

Please please please pass your palancas TOMORROW to any Batch Council Officer OR you may drop it off at Maam Cheng's pigeonhole at the Bio Unit!

Retreat Reminders

Hey guys! Don't forget that the payment for the retreat is strictly due tomorrow along with the parent's consent form, agreement, and roomlist. 

A booth will be set up by the PCORI just ouside the cafeteria tomorrow from 3 to 5 pm. 

Palancas of both parents and students are also due tomorrow until further notice. 

Retreat Reminders

2012! Last day of collection for the retreat (payment, consent, agreement, roomlist, PALANCAS) is on Wednesday, Jan 4, from 3-5 pm at the caf. The attire for the following days would be:
Friday -- the 4th year batch shirt / blue color shirt 
Saturday -- the 2nd year batch shirt / black color shirt
Sunday -- the 3rd year batch shirt / red color shirt

Please be advised that tomorrow is the deadline for the payment for the retreat. We already have to finalize the arrangements with Angels' Hills for the accommodations and the bus company for the transport. 

 

There will be collection of retreat payments, parents' consent forms, agreement forms and palanca letters at the PCORI / retreat friendship table at the caf

You may opt to deposit your payments at:

If you may have misplaced the parents' consent form or the agreements form, please see attached.

    December 12  Monday  3pm - 5pm    and

 

   December 16  Friday    12nn - 2pm  ( final deadline )

Retreat choir

Retreat choir members, we have practice tomorrow at the BRHM from 4:30-6:00 PM. Bring your choir kits tomorrow. To those who just signed-up last Friday or to those who still want to join, just come to the practice and you'll receive your kits there. THANK YOU!
